Natural Variation: Our products are organic and minimally processed. You acknowledge that there will be natural variations in color, taste, and texture. Such variations do not constitute a "defective product."
Allergy Warning: All products are sold on an "as-is" basis. It is the user's sole responsibility to check for allergens. The Firm shall not be liable for any adverse reactions.
Storage: The Firm is not responsible for spoilage or infestation caused by improper storage (moisture, sunlight, etc.) once the delivery is completed.

Mandatory Evidence: To protect the Firm against fraudulent claims, no refund or replacement will be processed without an unedited unboxing video starting from the opening of the outer seal.
Time Limit: Discrepancies (damaged or missing items) must be reported within 6 hours of the "Delivered" status. Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of your right to a claim.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Food From Farmer and its proprietors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the specific product in question.

Summary for Your Website (The "Legal Shield" Strategy)
To make these legally "easier" for you, I recommend adding these three bullet points clearly on your Checkout Page:
Strict Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided as store credit/vouchers unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
The Video Rule: "By purchasing, you agree to record an unboxing video to claim any damages."
Jurisdiction: "All disputes are settled in Haridwar, UK."
Note: Since you are a B.Com student and a founder, ensure your FSSAI License number and MSME (Udyam) Registration are linked in the footer of these pages to prove your business is a legitimate legal entity.
